The Secret to Balancing a Growing Business

What Real Support Actually Looks Like

As the snow melts here in Edmonton and we move into a new season, I took a step back to look at my business and, more importantly, what my clients were experiencing in theirs.

What I realized is that I wanted to find a way to provide a higher level of value. I knew we could do more, and I knew that taking things to the next level meant helping my clients in a way that truly made sense for their individual lives.

Every business has different specific needs, and those needs change from month to month. One month you might be focused on a big launch, and the next you might just need to keep the lights on while you take a much needed vacation.

I decided to open up the way I do things to make our support more flexible.

Because I care deeply about my clients, I am always looking for ways to give them the best version of my services possible. So this Spring, I made an adjustment to the way we do things and I'm really excited about it!

Moving to Flexible Virtual Services

We have moved away from rigid packages because business isn't a "one size fits all" experience. Instead, we now focus on general, flexible support that moves the needle where you need it most.

Sometimes that looks like keeping you consistent with digital marketing tasks like website updates and newsletters.

Other times, it is the technical "behind the scenes" work, such as domain forwarding during a transition or setting up new automations to save you time. We even dive into design work for business cards and graphics to make sure you always look professional.

The goal is always the same:

to provide the support that actually helps you grow, rather than just checking boxes on a list.

The Monthly Planning & Check-In Call

The core of how this works now is based on a monthly partnership call. I have found that this is where things start to really happen.

In my experience, many business owners almost always need someone to talk things out with. Having that face to face time allows us to brainstorm and catch those "good ideas" that usually get lost in a busy day.

My clients leave these calls feeling so much more relaxed, with the peace of mind that everything is under control.

These calls are also our chance to make sure our partnership is still perfectly aligned.

We check in, make sure everyone is happy with the progress, and ensure we are on the same page for the next steps so we can work as efficiently as possible.

How Our Virtual Assistants Support Your Business

My role is to be your biggest supporter in whatever way I can. During our calls, I create the game plan. Once we have that vision locked in, I lead my team to make it happen.

I personally oversee the execution and perform quality checks on every task to make sure everything is up to the high standard our clients expect.

This means there is little to no work required from our clients. They get to step out of the "doing" and back into the role of the visionary.

Clients feel so much more relaxed when they realize they have a partner who truly cares about their business and won't let things fall through the cracks. It is about more than just virtual assistance. It is about knowing that someone has your back while you focus on what you love.

I invite you to think about what your business could look like with this kind of support in your corner.
